1. Who we are
Operator details are published here before public launch.
2. What ODDSXI is
ODDSXI is a football analytics and information service. It publishes statistical estimates of match outcomes, the data behind them and a public record of how accurate they were.
- ODDSXI does not organise gambling and does not accept bets or payments for bets.
- ODDSXI does not give betting, investment or financial advice and does not encourage anyone to gamble.
- ODDSXI does not advertise gambling operators, does not link to them and receives no payment from them.
- Market probabilities are derived from betting market prices and shown only as a statistical reference point, without naming any operator. They are not offers, and ODDSXI does not point you to any place to bet.
3. Estimates, not certainties
Probabilities are model estimates in a research stage. They can be wrong, and the most likely outcome often does not happen. Past accuracy, shown in the Performance Lab, does not guarantee future accuracy. You decide how to use the information and are responsible for your own decisions.
4. Who can use ODDSXI
Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. By creating an account you confirm this. We close accounts that we find belong to a minor. You are responsible for using ODDSXI in line with the law of your country.
5. Your account
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not share or resell access.
- You can delete your account at any time on the account page; this erases it at once.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by automated copying of forecasts.
6. Plans
The Free plan costs nothing. Premium is not on sale yet; you can join a waitlist. Before Premium can be bought, these terms will be updated with prices, billing, cancellation and your statutory right of withdrawal, and you will be asked to accept the new version.
7. Use of the content
Forecasts, explanations and reports are for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy them in bulk, scrape the site, or republish them for others without written permission. Short quotes with a link to ODDSXI are fine.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is, and we do not promise that it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from decisions you make using the information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes
When these terms change, the version date changes and we ask you to accept the new version when you next use your account.
10. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without removing the protection of mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Contact us first with any complaint. Consumers may also turn to the consumer protection authority of their country; in Lithuania, the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt).
